I really like my friend but I feel like I don’t know her. When we talk she only tells me surface level things about her life and while I’m spilling personal things. Idk if I should ask more targeted questions… I just wish it was more leveled field

as someone who's usually that friend, I just suggest asking more targeted questions. if she's not just hiding things from you, that'll get her talking
