There’s shit I still ask how to do after 3 yrs in a new department (10yrs at the company total) cause every time I’ve asked to be trained on it I get told “not now” and then bam suddenly the only people who know are on vacation and everyone is scrambling to figure out who can kind of remember how to do the task after several years. Meanwhile I’m just standing there like 🧍🏼‍♀️ this could have been avoided
