Bro im deaf in my left ear and the people at my work (who i have told) mumble and then get upset when i go “huh?” I literally am deaf gng speak up

Me at work frfr these people stand Luke 2 feet away from the window and mumble what they want while I have a vent behind me for the deep fryers like do they genuinely think I can hear that I know I’m a bit hard of hearing but I didn’t think I was that deaf
