Love and hate are DEF two sides of the same coin bc I switch between wholeheartedly LOVING everyone/everything, and deeply HATING everyone/everything at least a few times per year 😭

They’re both strong emotions towards something, so definitely the same coin. The only way to do something different is to be indifferent. To not care, to not have any emotions to anything. Hate is the more negative version of love, but indifference is the opposite of it.
