No one is here for you but you. Fuck everyone else just focus on your own happiness for a bit. Start asking yourself why a person would do something so bad to you and what is wrong with them. Thats what helped me sorry for the unsolicited advice

gang that’s terribly bitter advice - just focus on uplifting yourself while also finding a supportive community. the rest will come naturally
