why are cis women so comfortable with being misogynistic towards trans women? you’re telling me even after they became women you’re still treating them like a separate category with separate rules?

Women in general can be misogynistic towards themselves and others. Why are you singling out trans women?

nah but in all seriousness, no one is 100% impervious to internalized misogyny—cis women do / say plenty of hateful shit to / about other women too, and I sincerely doubt that your reaction to those instances is “ew, you’re not really a woman” oppression isn’t a rational thing, the experience of it very often causes people to develop nonsensical attitudes. in fact, I think you’re demonstrating that right now

you typed all this out w zero proof that i’ve ever treated someone else as less than lmao. i continuously see videos of trans women saying they look better than most cis women or how they plan to “take their men” it may not be all but i don’t think there’s anything wrong w some accountability 🙂‍↔️

all the proof I needed in order to say what I said was contained within your post, bestie. like it speaks volumes that you felt the need to single out trans women in this post as if internalized misogyny is only a problem when it comes from them. if you aren’t a bigot against trans women in particular then you can demonstrate that by broadening the scope of your complaint

interesting how you said “those girls that say bs about other women, i call em out too”, not “those *cis* girls that say bs about other women”—as if “girls” is a category separate from the trans women we were just talking about… as if “girls” is a term that doesn’t also include trans girls. just noticing
