If it makes you feel any better my ex bf did the same thing. He threatened suicide and what do you know he’s still here and on to the next girl. My sisters ex bf also did the same thing (must run in the family to attract these kinds of weirdos) and he’s also still here

break up with him because that’s simply an excuse to manipulate you. People who are genuinely going to kill themselves aren’t going to tell you because they don’t want people to stop them. Many people who say they’re about to kill themselves often don’t go through with it, it’s the ones who suffer in silence you have to worry about
