this has not happened to me, but if it has happened to you, and you’re certain that’s the reason, you should reach out to customer support on their website rather than in app. it may be an automated system error or ill-intentioned person reporting it.

No it won’t get taken down on here unless the guidelines specifically say that community doesn’t want discussions on it. Most social media will not take down things just for having the actual words rape or pedophilia written in them. TikTok probably does but Instagram, yikyak, YouTube, etc. doesn’t. You might get your post labeled as mature or 18+ on YouTube but it won’t just be removed just for saying the real words.

I don’t censor words like rape or pedophilia on here and never got my post or comments removed because of it. But it is up to the discretion of the moderator to take down a post or comment that was reported but it isn’t automatically taken down based on words like rape.

^i have had this exact same experience. have never had a post taken down for simply discussing rape or pedophilia in plain terms in a way that respects victims in appropriate spaces but have also never tried to post it on groups where it’s off-topic or obviously inappropriate. i don’t know why i’ve been so downvoted for this.
