i might be bad with this advice aaa but what is working for me so far is that i gave myself a date of when exactly i’d quit, gave my vapes away to friends who are still using or threw them away, and fixated on another oral fixation like gum, eating food, or drinking carbonated drinks, i also remind myself how much i pay for vapes within a month and how i could use that money for stuff i like (mostly clothes or such)
i tried quitting beforehand but shit never worked out for me especially because whenever me and my friends were drinking or partying i NEEDEDDD a nice cute lil vape so, laying off on environments that make you feel like a vape is needed helps tremendously (especially cause i’m not really partying or drinking that much anymore)
