Got into an MDPhD at Harvard, deferred till next year, & haven’t told a soul. Just that I might move to Boston later. I’ve basically been in the Midwest my whole life, & ik my parents’ll be proud when I tell them, but I worry abt leaving everyone behind

My mom’s a little bittersweet that I’ll be moving but also said that I need to branch out so I can grow to my full potential and help people. I just need to start telling my friends this weekend, I’ve been hanging out with them a lot more and kinda just being more present, getting events set up for us to all be together more, etc.
