capitalism will always give incentive not to pay workers. wage theft is the largest form of theft that happens in the us. there’s no such thing as profit, only stolen wages.

I'd do that but companies don't care about their workers and I don't want them to die so I tip. But something needs to change.

Yes, but morally a shitty thing to do. I used to be like but I realized if I can't tip I shouldn't be going out to eat. I only won't tip if they're actually bad servers
