As someone who HAS been in 2 committed relationships, YES they are so fucking draining. I don't think I could ever do it again. The pros are NOT worth the cons. I feel 10000000x better while single. You have to get suuuuuper lucky and end up with a very very specific person who was almost made for you to have a genuinely pleasant relationship. And it happens!! I know of 3 beautiful relationships rn! It's just a super high risk gamble

Well if you know of 3 in your own social circle that probably means they aren’t as super rare as you think maybe yours have just been bad and it colors your pov
