Compared to Mansaf tho… Mansaf fills the heart. Banana bread is hook up food, only good in the moment. Mansaf is marriage food. It never leaves or forsakes you 😂

Comparing a dessert to a whole dish isn’t fair. At least compare banana bread to kunafa. Then we can chat.

Hmmm. Kunafa serves the purpose of dessert better than banana bread and it appeals to more flavor senses too fr. Crunchy outside, sweet syrup, chewy or gooey cheese (depending on temperature), goes with more stuff. Banana bread is too homogeneous. Banana bread is like assimilating while kunafa I respects each part to make a better whole.
