as a passenger friend i wouldn’t be offended if u asked for gas money since ur doing a favor. if that’s not the issue tell them ur car is having issues. someone else has to suck it up and drive or get an uber

I hate asking for gas money bc then I feel like I’m being greedy. I don’t be asking for much but when I do, it’s just $5 or less. But I still feel like an asshole in the end, bc I’m stingy w my money because of this economy is shit and no jobs and I gotta be smart w my money yk? 😩
