basically these people online that other ppl like to make fun of. they usually have mental disabilities tho so it’s like high key bullying them for entertainment. the worst part is that a lot of them don’t realize they’re being made fun of

nothing happened per se they’re just a bit odd and ppl be making fun of them for how they look and act. they just lack social skills
