Sometimes I feel like I don’t belong at work. I plan all the events and get everyone together but I’ve never invited. I don’t want to intrude I just wish I was invited every once in a while.

stop planning the events then. they dont like you but they still know you're useful to do the planning for them. stand up and walking the mile for people who wouldnt even go an inch. period

Thank you. It’s hard for me to say no and I always had to be a people pleaser growing up and keep the peace. I’m slowly growing.

ofc. im also a people pleaser in recovery. i may have less "friends" now, but at least i am being true to myself and have higher quality people around best of luck!
