Me, my brother, and my illegitimate cousin once removed are the only ones from my dad’s immediate family with our last name. He has three sisters (whose names changed) and his two brothers had two and three daughters (one of whom has the son out of wedlock who has our last name). No pressure on me 😬

I lost some family this year too and it’s been pretty rough. I didn’t process my emotions for a long time and had a breakdown this weekend. It’s important to take care of yourself
