Most of us are too busy to check or care if our grass is 1/4 of an inch. Also most of us genuinely do not care if our neighbors paint their houses purple or if Susan put her garden in an unapproved space.

The HOA said I couldn’t have a pickup truck parked in my driveway. They said I couldn’t fly Old Glory from my front porch. They said I couldn’t BBQ with charcoal. They said I couldn’t light fireworks in the street on the 4th. Wait, what were we talking about?
