It’s a literal fight. You have to fight the feeling. At any cost you have to do things that make you feel differently than you do now. You may not know what you enjoy rn but just do things, anything really. This is a time to be as introspective as possible. Ask yourself all the whys. Why do you feeling like this, what’s bothering you, why is it bothering you. You make your own purpose find something that makes you feel strongly and give yourself to it. Be easy on yourself.
If you’ve been out of it before than you will be able to come back again <33 I’m recovering from a looong depressive episode I wasnt even fully aware I was in. Depression always feels like forever, healing always takes you by surprise. As long as you wake up in the morning you’re doing enough right now. Take care of yourself so you can get back into it but be patient.
