Im allowed to be with someone who has the same music taste as me. This guy will find his match i promise you. There were other factors that led me to think we wouldnt be a good match regardless of music but this was the cherry on top

i would give a listen to their new stuff!! it really isn’t emo anymore but i did also want to offer another take, a man who listens to that kind of music is often way more emotionally open and available than men who don’t.

Rock has the broadest definition out of all genres. I would consider them to be alt-pop and most would agree. They're not only pop but most definitely pop for sure lol
