As a Bipolar individual who gets hit with psychotic depression, I've been in some long episodes where you give up all hope and being freed from it is the most relieving feeling ever. Like sobbing tears of joy 'THANK YOU UNIVERSE' But 3 whole years??? I couldn't imagine. You're MAD strong for making it through.

It was a struggle but having people to pick you up when you fall is what kept me going. I don’t know what I would’ve done without my support system.
