are you working out as a form of self harm? bc there is a limit to the health benefits of working out and it will hurt you. working out is not an effective way to lose weight or burn calories. working out is how you gain strength and stamina but there’s no workout that’s burning 1k calories that’s making you stronger. i used to be a long distance runner and i wasn’t even burning that running 6 miles
I am honestly just an intense person and I feel emotions very intensely so I need to conteract it by intensely working out lol. I have been building stamina for years lowkey just doing incline treadmill so it honestly doesn’t feel damaging but I don’t workout like this intensely everyday I think it’s okay every once and a while idk
