I am Jane Doe. He was not my boyfriend. I thought we were hanging out with friends. I fought for an hour and a half saying no, begging to go home… but I was too drunk to drive and was never offered an uber. I am Jane Doe.

I am Jane Doe. He offered me an edible. It was laced. I said no. I almost died that night. I woke up.

If this is true why don’t you go to the police instead of using yak as your soapbox.

With Cornell, we’ve seen that the police do nothing. I’m posting so more women know they aren’t alone

The Cornell woman repeatedly acknowledged it was consensual and officially made a statement that the drug use was voluntary. It wasn’t rape, it was regret. Funny how she didn’t have a problem with any of it until the fraternity banned her from the Halloween party that year.

I did the kit. It was worse than the rape. At least I don’t remember much of that. 3 women looking at me. Flat affect, emotionless, numb. All assumed that nothing happened to me. I never told anyone else my full story.

I think it’s like a poem

It is a poem. Jane Doe is anonymous & should stay that way. But her story isn’t as unusual as people would like to think.
