ok if it’s dry like that you shouldn’t be using a tampon? like you should only use them if you have actual flow and if you have less than that use a pantry liner.

Actually, it’s bad to use them when you have heavy flow. I don’t remember why though

You just need to match comfort and absorbency. If you’re feeling discomfort bc it’s dry, you don’t need to use a tampon.
