i’ve had a dentist tell me to let the toothpaste sit on teeth with potential cavities to help prevent them i haven’t done it cos i’m lazy as fuck but the fluoride yall the fluoride

apparently it washes away the fluoride before it’s had enough time to sit on ur teeth so it can’t strengthen ur enamel as much

TRUEEE and im very pro harm reduction especially when it comes to oral care!! if u can’t stand toothpaste still in ur mouth after brushing then u should rinse!!

i’ve done this and it has worked for me!! putting it on for like 2-5 minutes before u brush and letting it sit is the move. it works but it’s probably insanely effective if u don’t rinse after u brush
