because there is a lot of history in the us, and a lot of it is pretty fucking racist. with that, a lot of things have racism as their origin. literally the word motherfucker was used for slaves

because white people decided that race mattered first so it’s literally impossible to separate race from anything when it is the fabric of the entire american system.
