I think that narcissism is a trait that everyone has a little bit of you so can look at the list of symptoms and pretty much declare that anyone is a narcissist if you remember enough of their actions

well ya i think if you personally know someone diagnosed with NPD or ASPD it can be easier to identify signs fs. but most ppl don’t have that insight and characterize based on external behaviors. you can’t really accurately interpret what’s behind those behaviors unless you’re licensed to diagnose the personality disorder.

Ehhh. It’s not that simple. Someone can act similar to a disorder without the thought patterns or only around some people. It’s something you have to learn over time, if you wanna stick around that long that is. Because you can’t actually tell at a glance someone is a narcissist/psychopath. It’s just not possible. They might just be acting off for whatever reason. It takes time
