Ok genuine question . Is it not weird when someone who’s POC only prefers to date white people cus they don’t find their own race attractive? how do you not find YOUR counterparts attractive lol.?

I think maybe since you know your own culture the best, you start to be more familiar with the potential flaws a partner from ur own culture could have. Or maybe because we’re scared of having a marriage like our parents’

I don’t find it weird personally.. I feel like we can all have a preference. Im a girl POC (blackandwhite) (i identify as black) and Ive never really been attracted to my own race. Its nothing personal just not my cup of tea:)

It’s not even that it’s just like self hatred, and we all know how white ppl can be to POC, so why would someone limit themselves to that predicament?
