It’s hygiene. Whats wrong with staying hygienic? I’m a man and I make sure to trim both my armpits and down there. If your significant other prefers it - wouldn’t you do it for him?

just because you have a visual/sensory preference that registers as more “clean” in your mind doesn’t actually mean its more or less hygienic. pubic hair actually helps to protect the genitals from irritation and potential infections so if anything it’s more hygienic to have it rather than not

You know why most of us don't shave our heads when our hair gets dirty? Because we wash our hair. Newsflash: The same can be done with pubic hair. Personal preference is one thing, but calling body hair unhygienic is straight-up false. Don't like body hair? Find another woman. Would you let a woman try to get you to change your body like that?
