i like the taste of food but the thought that i am chewing it up into tiny pieces and swallowing it and processing it is just so gross to me. Esp when i think about other people doing it

It seems youre hyper focusing on what that looks like or feels like so u gross yourself out. No matter the case we are biological machines so most things your body does can be weird or gross, u really just have to advert your mind for some things
