One of the withdrawal symptoms from my meds is insomnia. But I convinced myself it’s just me and not the meds.

Real can’t even take melatonin because then the sleep paralysis gets worse

Sleep paralysis is probably the scariest thing that’s ever happened to me and my childhood had the same plot as Shameless

But yeah I’m on stimulants during the day and I stg I need to knock myself out with my sleep meds or I won’t sleep at all. Cymbalta withdrawls though, not stimulant withdrawls (I would never miss a dose)

Omg I’m not alone in this 😭 but I have like the exact problem like my meds make me function throughout the day perfectly normal but then at night time I can’t consistently sleep and I’m waking up every 30 minutes or hour

I think we’re the same person and I’m going to be using the chicken reference to describe how I feel waking up at midnight, 1am, 2am, 3am….

ATP it’s almost our bodies punishing us for sleeping even a little bit bc I know I’m not supposed to wake up with my collarbone in my spine…

and then if I do fall asleep I don’t want to get up and then my dumbass misses a dose and then I gotta start all over again 😭 omg and then do you also zone out like I was playing this hello kitty game but it was so repetitive I started getting hyper fixated on it 😭

Okay the hello kitty game sounds amazing and I will need to know which one it is plsssss but yes yes. Like I know if I’m not up by 8am tomorrow I can’t take a dose, and the chances of that happening are high! But then if you take one, roll over or something and fall back asleep, do you notice it not working well later?
