
Not much of it once you get used to it. I do 16:8, not eating between dinner and lunch. Easy enough to endure mornings with filtered coffee, and sometimes even doing extra hours without thinking it. Does help tighten things up, great with morning workouts to burn extra but start slow at first. Cycle off every once in a while to reset tolerance.
lol don’t recall that, then again I’ve been doing it for a while. Best tip is to drink water and coffee (quenches hunger) to fill up and manage during fasting. You’ll piss a lot more lol, but you’ll get through. Start with smaller fasts and move up from there. Let your body get used to it, you could have low energy at times, but overall gives you extra. Start with that. And ideally continue to have healthy foods during eating times, but enjoy it too. Good luck!
