Remove porn from your life if you haven’t already. Stop exposing yourself to horny posting too, such as yikyak, reddit, TikTok, etc.

You need a better reward system, when you start thinking about porn immediately replace it with someone else positive. You’ll eventually wean yourself off and will have a better relationship with it. For sex, don’t just agree with anyone to hook up with. Get to know them first or set boundaries where you wait to have sex until you meet certain standards or goals.

Its all about moderation. Its okay to be horny 100%. Its okay to want sex. Going cold turkey would be hard. But definitely dont be too hard on yourself. 🙏🏽

Don’t disable social media entirely. Just redirect yourself away from the parts that trigger an urge to watch porn. Most of the listed apps have algorithms you can manipulate. They subtly shift towards sexual content to make them more addictive, but if you constantly mark these things as “not interested” then it helps a little bit.

Definitely great advice but for the sex one that would work if the opportunity for sex happened consistently or a decent amount
