I want to lose weight so bad but I hate the work you have to do. I have a really hard time finding the positive motivation to do anything in life so I never go to the gym or do workouts in my room like I’d want to. All I do is walk. 😭😭😭

90% of weight loss is diet change. Exercise is to build muscle / make it pretty. But if your goal is to lose fat, change your diet

same here. honestly the most easy thing i can suggest rn is ofc just getting your steps up daily even by a bit and going on a calorie deficit, which is the most important part. i know, it can be hard to just do it, but switch your soda to zero and park further away when you go places! start with the little things :)
