Just because you experienced trauma doesn’t mean you are trauma. Does a person have a problem with drinking too much alcohol or are they an alcoholic? The difference is one is a problem the other is their identity. We’ve all experienced things, but how you carry it is your choice. It doesn’t have to be your excuse for not healing and moving forward. We’ve all got trauma, it’s about how you carry it
