there will likely be days where you go back to the same mindset, but try not to beat yourself up over it! i struggled with anorexia and just recently realized it has went away for the most part. eating small but more frequent meals 5 times a day can help so that you donโ€™t get overwhelmed by the food. eating foods that fill you up more can also help, like pastas and rice. try to hide the scale. only weigh yourself in the morning. good luck and weโ€™re proud! any progress is good.

I recently just overcame anorexia and I made sure I ate 3 meals a day and tons of snacks in between, it was really hard and takes lots of time but eventually when you eat more your stomach will expand so youโ€™ll get hungrier more often. I used to not eat breakfast but now I make sure I never miss, they donโ€™t lie when they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Lots of proteins too just lots of carbs in general to help gain.
