im SO ANXIOUS right now like i was planning on doing stuff today but now i’m just overthinking and so so so nervous. i want to crawl back into bed and take a nap instead 🥲
One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever read is “do it scared” because sometimes things will never get easier. And as someone with high functioning anxiety, life doesn’t stop even when I want to.

i normally do! i do basically everything scared but today was just different circumstances lol. i gave myself some time to calm down and did what i wanted to do ^_^
