sleep is a good place to start. google good sleep hygiene. and then diet. whole foods with lots of fiber and protein

i almost died from celiac disease a bunch of times and now i’m gaining weight and muscle and improving yearly. it’s taken a lot of work and money but it’s not too late for anyone.
