Self defense! It was not murder. It was manslaughter at best. His intention was to protect himself from bodily harm not to kill him. That’s the difference dumbass. If I attacked you unprovoked and you hit me in the head with a rock to stop me from harming you and I incidentally died, you would not be at fault! I attacked you!

It’s that simple. Literally. I didn’t want to see Austin die. He deserved to live. However, Karmelo is entitled to self defense and the stand your ground law in Texas is a real thing. Karmelo is not some criminal. He was a scared kid being attacked and acted in the heat of the exchange to defend himself. I’m from Texas. People carry all types of weapons to protect themselves.

And you’re saying that I want a stacked jury when the jury was unanimously stacked against him in reality? You’re a hypocrite. You should really go through history and look up how this has always been the case, how our jury of peers being no one from our community. Read a book.
