Idk why people don’t install them. The normal sprayer ones are $20-$30 on amazon and can be self installed. The fancy ones with dryers and heated seats are expensive

You’re correct in the pronunciation! It’s an attachment or feature of a toilet that shoots clean water from your house’s water main up into your butthole. It literally hoses the shit out if your crack, bc just wiping can’t get everything
