The tip pays for service. If you aren't paying for service, you have no right to recieve any!!!! You paid for your food and drinks and that's it. Go run around until you can find a manager yourself if you need anything.

I guess it may be the international nature of the app? Like here in the uk we do pay for service and it makes everything a lot smoother. It means servers always get paid. If you choose to tip it’s a reward for excellence, it no one is going home without pay.

I agree, but lately everyone's been posting and saying the most belligerent shit..... So I'm like okay I give up. Idk why you wouldn't prefer putting money directly into the worker's pocket instead of giving the same amount of money to a corporation through increased menu prices and whatnot, but okay. If you don't wanna tip, fine. Be a jackass. Just don't expect any service 🤗👍
