Fucking evil cycle I get that. Don’t do anything crazy, turn off your phone for a few hours, relax for a bit maybe do a coloring page or journal or something. Drink water. It all sounds really stupid but TRUST ME IT HELPS. Take a lil nap. Maybe sit in the library for a bit.
