The ability to feel psychosomatic empathy is directly tied to mirror neuron density/activity. So usually, ppl who tend to thoughtlessly physically 'mirror' others a lot actually tend to experience empathy! Can be a good baseline gauge
I think actual empathy is INSANELY rare, and 95% of people experience cognitive empathy and maybe some occasional psychosomatic empathy. Actual psychosomatic empathy is actually a HUGE handicap in life.
