Depends on what they value in themselves. If they value only their looks, their self-esteem is sky high (unless it turns into a complex where they never look perfect enough). But I’ve met a few who are comfortable in their looks but who value their intelligence, success, or morality more, and they’re just as miserable as the rest of us.
