Because it’s in our nature. When things seem out of our control we turn to something that we feel has that. I personally think this shows how God works in everyone’s lives by being there when people need him

i think we need to respect everyone has different religious beliefs and we should reserve those beliefs for spaces regarded specifically for religion

Yeah I respect that. People can believe whatever they want. I personally believe this is true and the evidence I see from the world around me shows brokenness and a need for healing. God provides that and you see people, who wouldn’t call themselves Christians, turning to him in times of need
