Finally in a healthy loving relationship and I’m ngl I’ve been feeling safe/comfortable and it’s so wonderful but somehow my anxious self is still scared something will happen or he’ll leave me (he reassures me constantly) how do people relax and be happy

it takes time be patient with yourself it’s a good start that you’ve identified that it’s your anxiety telling you these things

It’s just so hard going from super toxic to a loving relationship and I just freak out when I feel safe 😢
