What’s the easiest way for weight gain with an eating disorder. I’m already exercising and I increased protein intake. I have a very small appetite and if I get stressed or eat too much I’m severely nauseous.

I’m not saying not to exercise, but if you’re doing cardio or anything high calorie burning it might be counter productive to caloric intake

Nutrient dense foods! They can give you a good amount of intake without having to eat a lot

Oh, I’m gonna pick up swimming soon, but I’ve been riding a bike and doing CrossFit classes about 3-4 times a week. Is it too much cardio? If so then how could I counteract it. I have an egg and whey allergy along with being lactose intolerant.

When i was struggling with nausea and doing an allergen elimination diet and eating i would have to force myself to drink protein shakes. The OWYN brand doesn’t taste completely horrible. As for the exercise question, do you happen to wear a watch that tracks your burned calories during exercise

If you do exercise super regularly as you said, your heart rate probably isn’t rising as much to burn lots of calories, so that probably isn’t effecting you too much :)
