You're fat even though you eat "healthy" because eating healthy food doesn't cancel out eating too much food. A 1500 calorie breakfast is still 1500 calories even if what you're eating is chia pudding and protein pancakes lol

fax this can also apply in reverse ✅ you can eat unhealthy asf food but if it’s in small enough portions you’re not going to gain weight. but if you’re on a calorie deficit it naturally encourages you to pick healthier options since healthier foods tend to be less calorie dense or contain the protein to keep you satisfied

Well yeah obviously it works in reverse lol I don't think I ate anything today except 2 bags of chips and I just checked and I think that's only like 800 calories. That would be bad if it was on top of 3 full meals but it's not. It's bad health wise for sure lol but it won't make me gain weight
