Even if your dog is perfectly trained, it’s not about your dog it’s about every other dog. What are you gonna do when someone untrained dog attacks yours and you can’t do anything to prevent it

Exactly. In my case I’m pet sitting for someone’s dog who’s reactive. All it’s gonna take is for that dog who’s off leash to come greet mine and something can happen. I can have full control over my dog and they still end up fighting. No matter if that offleash dog is friendly. And this almost happened this morning on a walk while someone was jogging with their dog off leash
