in recent time something that’s helped with my own insecurities abt my body acne and being on the larger side has been coming to the realization that a. acne is completely normal and if you look around any pool or beach there’s 100% going to be somebody else with acne and b. if i’ve never looked at somebody and judged them or devoted significant thought to their appearance why would somebody else be doing that to me

tight clothing, sweat, heat, friction, and genetics are the main factors and are literally unavoidable atp. i wouldn’t stress it, everyone’s dealt with it
